The Orleans Select Board is seeking at-large members to serve on the Fire-Rescue Station Building Committee. This committee will have oversight of the design of a new Fire-Rescue Station that meets the operational needs of the department, and long-term goals of the Town.
We especially encourage individuals with professional experience in architecture, building construction, engineering, or related fields to contribute their expertise to this important effort. Any and all are encouraged to apply.
Interested residents should be prepared to attend regular meetings and apply their knowledge throughout the process. The committee will be responsible for the solicitation and evaluation of an owner's project manager, an architectural designer, and ultimately a construction contractor.
