Superintendent Glenn Brand, Ed.D., is gathering input from families, staff, and residents to better understand community priorities, identify strengths within the district, and learn where improvements may be needed. This information will help form a summary report outlining key themes and guiding future goals for the district.
Community members are encouraged to share their perspectives in the following ways:
1. Community Survey
A brief, anonymous survey is available for parents/guardians, staff, and residents to share their thoughts on what is working well within Nauset Public Schools and where there may be opportunities for growth.
Survey link: Superintendent's Entry Plan Input Form
Survey closes: Wednesday, November 12
2. Community Listening Sessions
Superintendent Brand and Assistant Superintendent Victoria Saldana will host in-person listening sessions open to all—parents, guardians, staff, and the general public.
These sessions will take place:
Thursday, December 4 | 4:30–5:45 p.m. | Nauset Room, Nauset Regional Middle School
Thursday, December 11 | 4:30–5:45 p.m. | Brewster Town Hall
Tuesday, December 16 | 3:30–4:45 p.m. | Eastham Town Hall
3. Staff Listening Sessions
Additional voluntary listening sessions for NPS staff will be held in early January. Dates and details will be shared when available.
All members of the Nauset community are encouraged to participate. Your input will help shape the future direction of our schools and ensure Nauset continues to support the success and wellbeing of every student.
