Officer Brian Beatty is our School Resource Officer and is assigned to the Nauset Regional Middle School. He works collaboratively with school administrators and counselors to support student success, prevent problems before they occur, and address issues with a balanced approach focused on education and guidance. His responsibilities include maintaining building security, responding to incidents, supporting school safety plans, and serving as a knowledgeable resource on law, safety, and conflict resolution. The SRO emphasizes community-building, approachability, and treating students and staff with fairness and respect.
